TH77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and TH77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the TH77 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions and any other features or services made available through the platform.

By accessing TH77, registering an account, depositing PKR, placing a bet or interacting with any part of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are not comfortable with any part of these Terms, the correct course of action is to close your account and stop using TH77.

These Terms should be read alongside TH77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and TH77. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific policy document explicitly states otherwise.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active TH77 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TH77 is an adults-only platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit, bet or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing TH77 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction currently in effect on TH77.

TH77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of a linked payment account such as JazzCash or Easypaisa. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of such verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any funds held in a fraudulently registered account may be forfeited.

03 Account Management

Each registered player is permitted to hold one TH77 account at any given time. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access, use or operate your TH77 account under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other credentials associated with your account. TH77 will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you should change your password immediately and contact TH77 support.

TH77 will treat any activity carried out through your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify TH77 support as promptly as possible. TH77 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from account access by unauthorised third parties where that access was facilitated by your failure to maintain security of your credentials.

TH77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that violates these Terms. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, TH77 will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the affected player where it is appropriate to do so.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on TH77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and direct bank transfer. Additional payment options may be available and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. TH77 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts held with a non-registered person, or from any payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to you.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• TH77 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, but your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your TH77 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary during periods of high network load.
• TH77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct.

If a deposit fails to appear in your account within a reasonable time after the transaction has been confirmed on your end, contact TH77 support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to submit the same deposit more than once before confirming with support, as duplicate payment attempts may cause delays.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on TH77 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• TH77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard account verification checks. If your identity verification has not been completed, your withdrawal may be held until the required documents are reviewed and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes bonus funds.
• TH77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players will be informed if additional documentation is required.

TH77 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions, but your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own charges. TH77 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

TH77 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the point of offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on TH77:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement completion process.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full using real money or eligible bonus funds as specified. Bets placed on certain game types may not contribute fully — or at all — to wagering requirement completion. This will be specified in the promotion terms.
• TH77 reserves the right to remove a bonus from your account if it has been credited in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through methods such as arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or collusion will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only. Players found to have created a duplicate account to claim a welcome bonus again will have the bonus forfeited and the duplicate account closed.

TH77 may modify, suspend or discontinue any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are in the process of being wagered in good faith.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed through the TH77 sportsbook, covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other available markets:

• All bets are accepted at TH77's discretion. TH77 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data and market conditions at the time. TH77 cannot guarantee the acceptance of in-play bets during periods of data disruption.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the required portion of play has been completed, affected bets will be settled according to TH77's event-specific rules, which are available in the sportsbook help section.
• In the event of a palpable error in the odds displayed — for example, a clearly incorrect price caused by a data feed fault — TH77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant market before a bet is placed.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at TH77's discretion, particularly where the outcome of the bet could have been materially influenced by events that had already occurred.

TH77 takes the integrity of its sportsbook seriously. Any player found to be engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events will have their account suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

08 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer games and fish games available on TH77 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by real dealers in a controlled studio environment. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of TH77's systems.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned. TH77 will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to the affected player.
• Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytable information are available within each game interface.
• TH77 is not responsible for network connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a disconnection during a live game or slot session. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before starting a gaming session.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games, particularly live dealer tables and jackpot slots. These limits are displayed within the relevant game before play begins.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TH77. Engaging in any of them constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account action, including suspension, permanent closure and possible forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on TH77, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using TH77 for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with TH77 in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or on sports markets to achieve an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage or systematic exploitation of promotions in a way that is clearly not aligned with normal recreational play.
• Accessing TH77 on behalf of or funding the account of a person who has been excluded or suspended from the platform.
• Any conduct that TH77 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, the experience of other players, or the safety of the system.

10 Responsible Gaming

TH77 is committed to providing a gaming environment that encourages responsible and sustainable play. Gaming is entertainment, and TH77 wants it to remain that way for every player on the platform.

• TH77 is for adults only. Players must be 18 years of age or above.
• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits through the account settings. TH77 support can assist with setting these restrictions if needed.
• If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to manage, or if you are spending more than you can comfortably afford, please visit the Responsible Gaming section of the site for guidance and self-management tools.
• TH77 may proactively reach out to players whose activity patterns suggest potential difficulty, and may apply account restrictions where it believes this to be in the player's best interest.

Please keep your TH77 account credentials, linked wallet details and device access away from anyone under 18. You are responsible for ensuring that minors in your household cannot access your account.

11 Privacy and Data

TH77 collects and processes personal data in connection with the registration, verification and operation of player accounts. Full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and what rights you have over your data are set out in the TH77 Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to TH77 collecting and processing the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with applicable verification requirements. TH77 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Platform Availability

TH77 aims to maintain platform availability around the clock. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party service disruptions or other circumstances beyond TH77's reasonable control.

TH77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. TH77 accepts no liability for losses or missed opportunities resulting from temporary platform unavailability, provided that such unavailability was not caused by gross negligence on TH77's part.

TH77 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free at all times. Minor display issues, brief delays or isolated technical faults do not constitute a material breach of these Terms.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the TH77 platform — including but not limited to the TH77 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text and software — is the intellectual property of TH77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any TH77 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of TH77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TH77's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's TH77 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

TH77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising from contract, negligence or any other cause, even if TH77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

TH77 is not responsible for losses resulting from: the player's failure to maintain account security; network disruptions or connectivity issues on the player's side; third-party payment provider delays; or events outside TH77's reasonable control.

15 Changes to These Terms

TH77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, TH77 will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by other appropriate means before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of TH77 following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last reviewed. We recommend checking back periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
